With reference to your despatch No.8 of
the 11th January last, enclosing a copy of a letter relative
to the proposed release of Charles Bithrey, a criminal
lunatic, I have the honour to inform you that he was sent
to gland as a distressed British seaman, in the charge
of an attendant, in the S.S. "Pyrrhus" on the 17th. February.
